¿Qué vamos a hacer?
En este retiro entraremos en contacto con las energías del invierno. Nos adentraremos en el reino de la oscuridad, entregándonos al silencio y a la quietud, más allá de la resistencia que nos mantiene atascados y de los objetivos caprichosos de la mente pequeña (la inteligencia humana) que nos impiden ser vehículos para la expresión de la mente grande (la inteligencia Universal). Gracias a las prácticas Yin de este fin de semana nos convertiremos en testigos de nuestro cuerpo, de nuestra respiración y de nuestra voz, y el Tao Te Ching nos inspirara en este camino de vuelta al origen.

What are we going to do?
In this retreat we will access the energies of Winter. We will delve deeper into the realm of darkness, dedicating ourselves fully to silence and quietness, beyond resistance and its pull towards stagnation and beyond the capricious aims of the small mind (human intelligence) which block our ability to become vehicles for the expression of the big mind (Universal intelligence). Thanks to our Yin practices this weekend we will become witnesses to our body, our breath and our voice, having the Tao Te Ching as inspiration in this journey back to the origin.

- Static Breath-hold: Relaxation and breathwork in a 1,30m indoor swimming pool with salty water at 26ºC
- Toning , Overtone Singing and Mantras

¿Donde?
La práctica de yin yoga tendrá lugar en una yoga shala próxima a los Apartamentos Las Riberas. Las actividades de apnea, pranayama y yoga bajo el agua tendrán lugar en la piscina de agua salada a 26ºC de los Apartamentos Las Riberas.
Los apartamentos pueden ser para dos personas, para ti solo o para ti y tu pareja. Si decides compartir el precio es de 70€ por todo el retiro con una persona en la habitación con cama doble y la otra en el sofa-cama también amplio y cómodo. El apartamento tiene cocina y baño propios. Si quieres alojarte solo o con tu pareja el precio del apartamento son 140€. Existe también la posibilidad de alojarse en un apartamento deluxe con jacuzzi a un precio especial, pregunta si te interesa esta opción.
Where?
The practice of yin yoga will take place at a yoga shala in close proximity to Apartamentos las Riberas. Apnea, pranayama and underwater yoga will take place at the salty water (26ºC) swimming pool at Apartamentos Las Riberas.
The apartments can house two people or you can book it individually or with your partner. If you are willing to share then it is 70€ for the entire retreat duration; one person using the room with the double bed and the other one using the ample sofa bed in the living room. The apartment has its own kitchen and bathroom. If you would like to book just for yourself or for you and your partner then the price is 140€ for the entire retreat duration. There is also the possibility of booking a deluxe apartment with jacuzzi at special prices, please ask.
