La naturaleza no tiene favoritos. En su constante movimiento hacia el cambio, conduce a todos hacia la evolución y aborrece el estancamiento. Cuando te sientas en el bosque y miras a tu alrededor te das cuenta de que el cambio es la única constante y que todo baila al ritmo del tambor de la Naturaleza hacia la excelencia. La naturaleza conduce a cada criatura hacia su plena expresión de perfección. Nunca has visto una flor que no haya mostrado plenamente sus hermosos colores, ni has visto un gato que no haya disfrutado de la plena expansión de sus saltos. Como todas las criaturas de la Naturaleza, estás aquí para evolucionar hasta lo mejor que puedas llegar a ser.
En este taller utilizaremos nuestros cuerpos, nuestras voces, nuestra disposición hacia la poesía y nuestra capacidad innata de invención al servicio del tremendo poder de la Naturaleza hacia la renovación. Dejaremos atrás la mente juzgadora y bailaremos como bailan las nubes, como bailan los árboles, como baila el mar, cantaremos como cantan los pájaros, como canta el viento, como cantan los zorros. Emularemos la poesía del graznido del cuervo al amanecer y la poesía de las olas del mar rompiendo contra el acantilado al anochecer. Jugaremos con la forma, la textura, el tono, la velocidad, el ritmo, el silencio, la duración, la intensidad, el sostenimiento, el balanceo, el colapso, la suspensión. Jugaremos como juega la Naturaleza hacia la excelencia de todas las criaturas.
Este taller se desarrollarán en los bosques, ríos, montañas y playas del concejo de Cudillero.

Nature plays no favourites. In its constant motion towards change, it conducts everyone towards evolution and abhors stagnation. As you sit in the forest and look around you realize that change is the only constant and that everything dances to the rhythm of Nature’s drum towards excellence. Nature leads each creature towards their higher expression of perfection. You have never seen a flower that has not fully shown its beautiful colours, neither have you seen a cat that has not enjoyed the full expansion of her flying jumps. Like all Nature’s creatures you are here to evolve to the best you can become.
In this workshop we will use our bodies, our voices, our disposition towards poetry and our innate capacity for invention to the service of Nature’s tremendous power towards renewal. We will leave the judging mind behind, and dance the way clouds dance, the way trees dance, they way the sea dances, we will sing the way birds sing, the way the wind sings, the way foxes sing. We will emulate the poetry of the crow caw at day break and the poetry of the sea waves breaking against the cliff at dusk. We will play with shape, form, texture, tone, speed, rhythm, silence, duration, intensity, pitch, sustaining, swinging, collapsing, suspending. We will play the way Nature plays towards the excellence of all creatures.
This workshop will take place in forests, rivers, mountain and beaches in the county of Cudillero, Asturias.
